- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch. Pour into the pan.
- Add broccoli and toss well to coat in the sauce. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
- Drizzle sesame oil and give it a final toss. Serve hot.
