- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup cold butter, cubed
- 4 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix flour, both sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press half the crumble into a greased 9×13″ baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Mix sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Spread apple mixture evenly over the baked crust. Crumble remaining topping over the apples.
- Bake 30–35 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let cool, then drizzle with glaze.
