  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Prep the Zucchini: Slice the zucchinis into even ¼-inch rounds for that perfect crispy texture.
  2. Mix the Coating: In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip and Coat: Dip each zucchini slice into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Air Fry to Perfection: Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
