  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped (for garnish))
  • Tortillas (for serving)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Shrimp and Veggies:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, bell peppers, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with fajita seasoning and smoked paprika.
  3. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
