Ingredients

1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos

1/2 lb ground beef (seasoned with taco spice)

1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce (warm and pourable)

1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

1/3 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sour cream

Optional: sliced jalapeños, black beans, or hot sauce


Instructions

1. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain fat and add taco seasoning with a splash of water.

2. Spread Doritos evenly on a large plate or tray.

3. Drizzle warm nacho cheese sauce over the chips.

4. Layer the seasoned beef over the chips.

5. Sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese on top; melt briefly if desired.

6. Add diced tomatoes and optional jalapeños or black beans.

7. Top with sour cream and drizzle of hot sauce if using.
