  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))

Instructions

1️⃣ Sear the Steaks:

  1. Pat the steaks dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks, cover with foil, and let rest.

2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

  1. In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, letting it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
