Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Scallops:
- Pat scallops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Sear the Scallops:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add scallops to the skillet in a single layer (do not overcrowd). Sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove scallops from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
