Honey Garlic Shrimp is a quick and flavorful dish featuring shrimp, smoked sausage, and broccoli, all coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional for heat)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Push sausage aside, add butter and shrimp to the same skillet. Sauté until pink and tender.
- Quickly steam or blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then toss it into the skillet.
- In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sriracha. Pour into skillet and stir everything together.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot over rice or on its own.

- Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your heat preference.
