Ingredients
4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each), thawed if frozen
3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp paprika
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Pinch of sea salt
Optional squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Slice the lobster tails lengthwise and lift the meat slightly from the shell.
2. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until aromatic.
4. Place lobster meat-side down and sear for 2–3 minutes.
5. Flip and reduce heat to low.
6. Add remaining butter and parsley; baste lobster for 1–2 minutes.
7. Optional: squeeze lemon juice on top.
8. Plate and drizzle pan sauce before serving.
Notes
Do not overcook the lobster; it should be opaque and tender.
Avoid burning garlic – cook on medium heat.
