Description
The ultimate seafood indulgence that’s rich, buttery, and absolutely unforgettable. Garlic butter-soaked king crab legs are simple yet sensational.
Ingredients
2 lbs king crab legs (split for easy access)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Thaw the crab legs completely if frozen. Use kitchen shears to split them for easy access to the meat.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
3. Stir in fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F or prepare a steamer. Place the crab legs on a baking tray and brush generously with garlic butter, or steam for 5–7 minutes.
5. Plate the hot crab legs and drizzle with remaining garlic butter sauce. Serve with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best results. Don’t overcook—these crab legs only need reheating.
Split the shells for easier eating and flavor infusion.
