Ingredients

1 lb lobster claws (cooked, shells cracked or removed)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, finely minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional for depth)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Salt & cracked pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional, for kick)


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until foamy. Add garlic and sauté just until fragrant.

2. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon zest, and juice. Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add Dijon and pepper flakes if using.

3. Gently add the lobster claws into the sauce. Baste well and simmer another 3 minutes.

4. Sprinkle in parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Let rest 1–2 minutes off heat.

Notes

Do not overheat the lobster claws to avoid toughness.

Let the sauce simmer gently to prevent curdling.

Serve over pasta, potatoes, or crusty bread for a full meal experience.
